“Pediatrician in your Pocket”
Pediatricians are fabulous and you do need a primary care doc for your child that serves as a medical home. As a Pediatrician in 4 different practices for almost 25 years – Dr. Aronow understands there are now limitations on time dictated by the insurance companies and big business. Gone are the days when your Pediatrician came to your home, you had unhurried time and access, and they were your lifeline to education about raising family, what to expect, and what landmines to avoid. From sleep, potty training, developmental milestones, worries around normal illness, to parenting through tantrums, navigating school concerns, social issues, and TEENS – the list is endless. You can have a pediatrician in your pocket just a text or call away. Dr. Aronow says, "my best friends and patients have been telling me for years to start a service called -- My Best Friend is a Pediatrician." So here it is...
